Oh, this makes me terribly jealous and somewhat nostalgic for the bounty of autumn. Here in my corner of Oregon, we have many chanterelles, but finding ceps is a rarer thing.

Hello and thanks Farmer - hey, winter isn't even finished yet! :-)

Chanterelles are lovely fungi too - great in an omelette or just fried with butter...

Do you have certain years when Ceps are more common?
